Implementation and training are aspects which can tax the resources of smaller software vendors.  At Validata, we maintain a team to deliver implementation, training and consultancy services. The team comprises product specialists, used either on short term assignments primarily to assist with the early days of the client engagement, or for delivery of complex solutions.  When not on assignment, team members are used within our support and development functions.

This team delivers the Quick Start and Start to Finish methodologies that we have devised for use with VALIDATA.  These methodologies have been developed to accelerate the ROI, getting the product operational in the quickest possible time under a structured programme of activities.

The QuickStart and Start-to-Finish projects follow a proven plan to maximize results in the minimum time. The team includes one or more Validata specialists. Based on the client’s objectives, our specialists may also mentor one or more client staff members during the project. The plan focuses on identifying, documenting and automating critical business processes and data variations. The customer team members may include quality or test engineers as well as subject matter experts in the application under test.
